Because it's wild mushroom season. Shells with shrooms in a cream sauce, expertly whipped up by my awesome wife.

Nice! I love some funnels aka yellowfoots as I’ve always called them. We have a solid 2 months or more till they really get going in WA. They’re usually my last foragable mushroom along with hedgehogs before the first hard freeze puts everything down for the season. They always end up as a part of Thanksgiving dinner stuffing.
