Yes I do, a very Tragic death.
I ran to train for climbing and still have "The Complete Book of Running". I had to be real careful though because I unknowingly had a deformity in my hip caused by braces I had to wear as a baby-toddler that compensating for could make my knee swell up like a softball when running and snow climbing if I was following in steps that were longer than my natural gait. In 2012 the deformity caused hip pain got so bad I could barely walk. After my hip replacement the surgeon said "If you're not a runner, don't start, and when you hike, use trekking poles to reduce the shock on the prosthesis" so I ride a bike and use a XC ski-like cardio machine. It works; zero wear after 6 years.

I picked up a hitchhiker last night, and he asked me "How do you know I'm not a serial killer?"

I said "The chances of two serial killers in one car are astronomical!"

That was cool to read! I read that book when i first started running too. I ran for over 40 years but i never loved running like a lot of folks do. I just did it i don’t like dieting and i wanted to be healthy.

I told my husband that if i ever died while on a run i wanted my obituary to read: “She died doing something she hated.”
