sounds like a sinus clearing...Breakfast today, no pictures - natto with a fried egg on top of matsutake gohan, a bit of garlic chili oil and Japanese yellow mustard. WHEW! Fantastic. (Miso/tofu soup as a side - arugula is great in miso soup.)
