Fortune favors the bold!The food looks great, the descriptions and pics bring each dish to life, there just needs to be more of it.
My foray into fine dining is pretty limited, and likely in my past, but I really appreciated the time and effort that went into preparation and presentation of each dish and of course the wines chosen to go with each dish.
The 2 best meals I had in the states were both fine dining type establishments. Both were well known and written about type places that lived up to their press in my view.
I would go again, when the bitcoin cycle is favorable, or interest rates go down...one of the two.
