I don’t recall if I dropped this here or not…so…

2007 the last years for carbs. Airbox removed and K&N’s installed. Bar end mirrors and cafe screen. Triumph “off road” mufflers (louder than stock). It’s a lot of fun putting around town and back roads.

Cooking was the way I made money as a teenager. I started sweeping floors at our local country club/ dinner theatre at age fourteen. By the time I was seventeen I was the second chef at our areas "first and finest' country club. 360 people, six nights a week. That is one hell of a lot of food. But almost 48 years later I still love to cook. Here in Anacortes..crabs are available. Cooking them can be simple, but for me, turning them into a hobby has been gratifying. My roots back to Maryland gave me a head start on crab cakes. Also, I like to use the carapace as a serving dish for my crab au gratin...... I mastered the dessert recipe for "crepe suzette flambé" to impress the love of my life (Sue Anne). The magic involved with the the hobby of cooking is very powerful.

I'm just beginning to dip my toes into electric RC airplanes.
My first plane arrives today and I'm already discovering that I have a lot to learn even though I spent 4 years in the AF as an autopilot/instrument specialist.

Since weed is legal, I am strangely unmotivated.

Seriously, most of my time is spent running a business, which is gratifying.

Trad bows, refinishing an old farm house (read money pit)

I’ve been into 1/10 cars and trucks for the past couple years. I really want a boat and a plane next. My son enjoys driving them too which is a bonus.

My knife collecting got a little more serious since I last posted in this thread. I added my first Chris Reeves to my collection. A large Sebenza 31 and a small Inkosi. Absolutely incredible knives. The Inkosi goes everywhere I do. Love that little guy.

Also upgraded my gaming station pretty significantly since I last posted.

Those are great knives. I've been collecting CRK knives for years and they really are some of the best made knives out there. Chris Reeve really was an innovator for frame lock knives. You can really go down the collecting rabbit hole if you're not careful.
