NFR Why do people in the country back in to park, and in the city they pull in?

Real sportsmen back in so they can get their shotgun in play quicker when the grouse come to the parking lot to pick up grit.

I've usually noticed it as a truck thing rather than country vs city. Though there are more trucks in the country so I suppose overall people are backing in at a higher rate in the country.
