Pretty much one of my biggest fishing motivators these days is what I can create with a harvest.

I'm not exactly a professional sushi chef but it's a fun challenge to make things pretty.

Dude that looks amazing! Well done.

I'm ashamed to admit how many years of my life were wasted resisting the eating of raw fish.

Camp Chef makes a sushi maker. Helps make a great roll. I had 2 and both disappeared in camp one year. I need to order a couple more.

shouldn't be much to coerce. there's nothing weird about it if you stick to quality stuff.
What's odd is people are shocked because I love most Asian food, especially different "sushi". I think it's my camp cooking style that throws them. They must think if it's outside of camp food I don't eat it.

I pumped out a lot of sushi at the Sportsman Show in Puyallup and Portland when I was helping doing cooking demos that was sponsored by Camp Chef. Cool thing we had a lot of quality ingredients to use.

Wow, talk about making it dead nuts simple...Jerry, can you even add the sea weed wrap before putting the tube together ?

Possibly. We actually did it per instructions and loaded rice and other misc into tube. Closed it, then pushed it out onto seaweed. We had to show it like that while at the show.

Unfortunately I had 2 at one of my camps and they walked off. Think I know who did it. He and his wife were playing with them and wanted them. They were angry I didn't give them to them for free. Funny how as they were getting ready to leave both disappeared while I was packing up my camp.
