Found a fly box on the Deschutes yesterday. Hoping it was someone here. Let me know what you lost and I’ll get it back to you.
First post btw…. Cool seeing some of the same names from older forums. Don’t have much to report, I was just passing through on the way back from another river. Heavy rain the night before had everyone a little weary eyed. Trout were still in the usual spots.
Didn’t see a single adult stone. I’d imagine if they were around they were using the grass like a sleeping bag. Midges were out in force (cliff swallows sure noticed), some caddis and very few mayflies.
