Trying - for the umpteenth time - to locate walleye on a deep basin lake, I snuck out my spinning rod and dropped a heavy jig with a 5" giant chenille worm tail to some structure in about 50 fow and bounced it a bit.
Strike - finally!

Probably the same big old lake but fishing shallow, not deep, for perch - A Winter's Day - all of sudden my little ultra-light bends double. A winter carp (no picture).
