Done it. Had to turn the little Arima around and get to the dock. Smashed the dock pretty solidly in my panicked state. Got it up on the trailer. Drained it and went back out.

I learned 2 things:

1. Have 2 bilge pumps whenever a boat can. Redundancy is a comfort worth paying for.
2. Have a spare plug that works from the inside (rubber expanding style) if yours is a screw in from the outside type.

The most impactful lesson that I have learned in my years of boat ownership is that it's far more enjoyable and cost effective to be a boat whore than a boat owner, especially if the boat has a motor.
