Fished the extreme high tide this morning. Dead calm. I cast to two sippers with my floating krill. Missed the first and caught the second. A nice 14-15 incher. An hour and a half of stalking and standing. Not for the impatient. Good thing I had a good cigar . . .

That submerged white rock is being used by the carp in this pond to rub their sides. As they swim by they turn on their sides and give themselves a good little scratch. I’ve dubbed it “Rub Rock.”
