I say this with the UTMOST RESPECT: this doesn’t surprise me at all. Considering how perfect your flies areThanks! I’m kind of a neat freak and will vacuum the jaws along with everything

Nice fly, but it looks grumpy, where @Northern’s look rather friendly.I figure maybe if I tie some of @Northern 's pink Buffy flies I can catch big fish like her!

You know that thing about dogs looking like their owners?...Nice fly, but it looks grumpy, where @Northern’s look rather friendly.
Looks great... I see pink rabbit strip obviously for the top / wing, but what is the belly / beard? Is it that snowshoe hare in pink and white?I figure maybe if I tie some of @Northern 's pink Buffy flies I can catch big fish like her!

Thanks! I used a body of polar chenille in UV silver, then tied on the rabbit strip at the head only, then tied on a beard of what I think is a kip tail (it looks like a calf tail, but is much smaller and less crinkly) in pale pink. Superglued eyes on and then a bit too much UV resin for the head.Looks great... I see pink rabbit strip obviously for the top / wing, but what is the belly / beard? Less is more. Years ago the fly guy at Sportco said you can't make a clouser sparse enough...Thanks! I’m kind of a neat freak and will vacuum the jaws along with everything
