Bread pudding…We bought some chocolate - cinnamon coated buns that were kind of dry and bland:

I tore them into small pieces, put them in a buttered dish, poured an egg, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar mixture over them, pressed the bread into the mixture, and refrigerated over night. This morning, I baked it uncovered at 350F for 50 minutes. So good with whipped cream and maple syrup!
