I found Black cod/sablefish at Wild Salmon (Fisherman's Terminal) at $14.99/lb. I then went to Shoreline's Central Market for sakekasu marinade. Three days soak for the marinade and then broiled the fish. Mixed wild mushroom rice and blanched green beans in a toasted sesame seed, tofu, and miso dressing for the sides last night. A very Japanese dinner affair. Sorry no pictures. The rice and green bean recipes were kind of labor intensive--especially making the dressing for the beans. Probably took me three hours from beginning to end of meal. But it was really good.I think it was $15.99/lb at metropolitan Market which is typically more expensive than other groceries. It was 12.99 at northern fish
