Adhesive advice please - Scadden inflatable

I need advice on which adhesive to use, and any application tips, to re-glue the base for the spacer bar that spans the ends of my pontoons on my Scadden pontoon/float tube. Thanks! Ron.

You'll probably want to rough up, clean up the surfaces before gluing.
