Started fly fishing when I was 9 years old on Vancouver Island. Restarted again some twenty years ago on venerated rivers such as the Harrison, Chehalis, Vedder and Stave Rivers on the Fraser River system. Sheesh I think we actually caught sturgeon at some point. Also Vancouver area rivers such as the Skagit and Squamish.
Been fishing non-stop since with lots of fishing on Vancouver Island, the Interior of and the Kooteneys and love beach fishing for searuns and salmon. Also have made it up to the Tree River in the Arctic for Arctic Char and the Yukon for graylings and trout but unable to catch any Inconnu.
We live in Arizona and have fished for trout in Washington, California, Arizona and New Mexico. Been blessed to be able to go saltwater tropical fishing in Cuba, Florida, the Bahamas, Christmas Island, Hawaii and Belize. The best is yet to come!
