wow! my pontoon seams are starting to come undone, but never seen a skin blow like that! if that is an older Fish Cat pontoon (but I see you say Outcast) with the boston valve, I may have a spare skin.

ah, Columbia beach, just south of the ferry landing. back in the day, that was a great place to fish. landed a 22 lb king from there 30+ years ago. man, I've been fishing a long time (I would have been in my 20's then)
